Creating a budget and dispersing money throughout
At the reception directing guests and bridal party to location and aiding in reception events (introduction of bridal party, first dance, toasting cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, departure of bride/groom

Arrange hotel accommodation room blocks
Rehearsal dinner arrangements
Create & send wedding party detailed newsletter (1 month prior to wedding day)
